Location – Country South Africa
Job Purpose
To act as a central and single point of contact for the administration of component movement in and out of SAAT.
The role includes coordinating the return of core units to the pool service provider within business
Principal Accountabilities
Component movement control.
Verify if all required component movements are performed and take corrective action when required.
Monitor, investigate and control the pool component request listing to make sure all issued spares are accounted for and AMOS is timeously updated for core units to be returned on time.
Report non-compliance with pool contract requirements and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and the pool service provider to foster a smooth flow of components in and out of SAAT.
Qualifications & Experience
Matric qualification – Essential
Component and shipping administration experience – (any) but Aviation will be an advantageous – atleast 1 year (Essential)
Knowledge and Skills
Aviation Industry – Basic
Computer literate (MS Office) – Ability to construct effective presentations /management reports – Intermediate
AMOS experience – Intermediate
Business acumen – Intermediate
Networking – Basic
Business Communication Skills (written and oral) – Intermediate
