Duties & Responsibilities:
– Sell insurance telephonically to potential clients
– Achieve and exceed weekly sales targets
– Ensure full compliance and maintain high quality standards
– Participate in continuous training and development
– Demonstrate leadership potential with growth into senior roles
Experience & Qualifications:
– Minimum 25 years of age
– Grade 12 (Non-Negotiable)
– South African ID
– Must be able to travel to roodeport daily
– At least 1year experience in sales (non-negotiable)
– Fluent in English
– Positive, target-driven attitude
Package & Remuneration:
– Guaranteed commission of R2400
– Uncapped commission structure
