To warmly welcome visitors and effectively manage the switchboard to ensure that calls are correctly and efficiently routed and messages delivered to the right staff without delay.

Qualifications
Essential:
- Grade 12
Desirable:
- Reception/ Secretarial Certificate or Diploma
Experience
Essential:
- 2-3 years experience as receptionist/switchboard operator
- 2-3 years administration experience
Desirable:
- Retail experience
Knowledge and Skills
Essential:
- Switchboard system functionality and routing/ re-routing of calls
- Basic knowledge of service options and departments within the Shoprite Group and subsidiary brands
- Internal policies and procedures
Desirable:
- HR Policies and procedures
