Your day at NTT DATA
Contractors / Contingent Workers are workers that perform general tasks related to a specific function in the organisation. This position is hired on a non-permanent basis. Contingent workers may include independent contractors, employed for a project period, advisors or freelances.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works on strategic projects and assignments
- Participates in the delivery of operational tasks
- Offer detailed technical support required in the assigned function
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to complete or contribute to the completion of tasks
- Engages with internal or external clients
- Prepare, updates, reviews documents such as letters, presentations, reports or etc
- Assist and support peers and teams in the assigned function
- Familiar with processes related to the function
- Review and update any policies, procedures and processes as related to the assigned position or function
- Have substantial understanding of the job
- Uses skills and knowledge to complete a wide range of tasks
- Use judgement to solve issues or make recommendations
- Recommends new procedures
- Contributes to concepts and techniques
- Completes work in creative and effective ways
- Set team priorities and provide direction
- Analyse trends to recommend improvements
