Signa Academy Learnerships are providing South African youth with opportunities to gain valuable skills, workplace experience and accredited qualifications. The programmes are available to eligible applicants from Grade 9 to Matric, with opportunities offered across all provinces in South Africa.
Signa Academy is a Level 1 B-BBEE learning and training institute that provides sector-specific SETA and QCTO-accredited learnerships and accredited short-course programmes. The academy focuses on skills development and creating opportunities for previously disadvantaged individuals, young people and people living with disabilities.
Signa Academy has grown from a small training operation with two training rooms, five employees and 20 learners into a national training institution with five permanent campuses across five provinces. The academy engages an average of 1,400 learners across more than 59 fully accredited skills development programmes.
Since 2012, Signa Academy has focused on helping South Africans develop skills that can improve their chances of entering the workplace.
