Are you available and flexible to work weekends.

What You’ll Do for The Brand:

Take bets accurately, stay informed of the odds, rules and payouts throughout the day.

Deliver excellent customer service by assisting customers, handling queries and creating a friendly and welcoming experience.

Manage cash responsibly, including floats, payouts and balancing, while following company processes.

Maintain a neat, professional work area and report any equipment or system issues promptly.

Work closely with Team Leaders to follow confirmation limits and support smooth branch operations.

Comply with company policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements at all times.
