There will be both theoretical and On-The-Job (OJT) training. Learners will be awarded the opportunity to work in the Necsa Group facilities to receive the necessary On-The-Job exposure to equip them for employment.
Requirements:
Applicants between the ages of 18 and 35 years with Grade 12 should upload the following on the provided electronic platform:
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to write an aptitude assessment test as part of the selection process.
After completion of the programme, successful learners will be able to:
Radiation Protection Opportunities:
After completing the course, successful candidates will be able to work as Radiation Protection Officers at various industries such as mining; medical institutions; nuclear installations (such as Necsa and Koeberg power station); construction etc.
