Position: Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative

Type: Short-Term Contract (2 Months)
Work Type: Fully Remote (Online)
Duration: 15 November 2025 – 15 January 2026
Salary: R9,000 per month

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers shop with ease and provide excellent online support.
Your day-to-day work will include:

• Responding to customer emails and messages.
• Assisting customers with orders, returns, and general inquiries.
• Sharing product information and helping customers find what they’re looking for.
• Reporting feedback or issues to your team lead.

You should have:

• A working smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
