What You’ll Be Doing
As a Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative, you’ll help customers shop with ease and provide excellent online support.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Responding to customer emails and messages.
- Assisting customers with orders, returns, and general inquiries.
- Sharing product information and helping customers find what they’re looking for.
- Reporting feedback or issues to your team lead.

You should have:
