Love cooking and grilling, and making sure that a meal is just perfect

They are physically really fit because standing the entire day requires physical and mental power

Easy to work with and can deal with pressure because when the restaurants get busy, you need to be as cool as a cucumber

Very detailed people who can follow guidelines to the T, because we want our chicken to taste the same wherever a customer purchases it.

Being a team player is vital to making sure every meal and all its components are just perfect.

 

 

There are many different types of talent in our team.

Front Griller – Grills the chicken, loves working with heat

Back Griller – grills all our other products except the chicken itself

Prepper – Gets all the products ready for the grillers

Cashier – Manages the customers and takes the orders and the cash

Co-Ordinator – Makes sure the orders are ready and exactly what the customer orders

Waitron – Gets the food to our customers who are eating in our restaurant.

 

 

Requirements

Need to have a matric

They need to be able to stand on their feet for 8 hours a day

They need to be able to work long and flexible hours (including shifts)

They need to live close to the Nando’s store where they work

They need to be a team player

Should be able to work weekends and public holidays

Have integrity
