There are many different types of talent in our team.
Front Griller – Grills the chicken, loves working with heat
Back Griller – grills all our other products except the chicken itself
Prepper – Gets all the products ready for the grillers
Cashier – Manages the customers and takes the orders and the cash
Co-Ordinator – Makes sure the orders are ready and exactly what the customer orders
Waitron – Gets the food to our customers who are eating in our restaurant.

Need to have a matric
They need to be able to stand on their feet for 8 hours a day
They need to be able to work long and flexible hours (including shifts)
They need to live close to the Nando’s store where they work
They need to be a team player
Should be able to work weekends and public holidays
