Job Advert Summary
To provide professional, efficient and accurate administrative support to the Human Resources function at Vereeniging Pumping Station. Provide friendly, approachable, service-oriented front-line experience for both visitors and staff. Responsible for seamless coordination and administration of on site Employee Wellness service and the Employee Relations offices, contributing to a positive and productive workplace environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12/Matric
- 2 years administrative experience
- Desired a Diploma or recognised qualification in Human Resources Administration will serve as an added advantage
Primary Duties
Provide efficient and effective administrative support within the Human Resources Department as and when required
Carrying out administration duties and support pertaining to the Employee Relation function as well as Wellbeing as and when required
Be able to provide effective customer service to all stakeholders including Management, Supervisors, Organised Labour and to all Rand Water employees
