Job Advert Summary     

Clover Bloemfontein is recruiting for a Clerk to perform administrative and related tasks for specific departments at the Production facility.  The incumbent will be responsible for capturing data and compiling reports.

 

 

Requirements  

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Business English: Fluent
• Computer literacy (Intermediate)
• Experience in working with senior management
• Relevant work related experience in administrative function

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform general office duties and administration as may be required
• Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems etc.
• Handle documentation
• Communicate with customers and employees where required
• Relieve colleagues where necessary
