FIDELITY SERVICES GROUP IS HIRING A STORES DATA CAPTURER

Job Description: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Stores Data Capturer. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately capturing and inputting data into our inventory management system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all stock transactions, and assisting with general stores management duties. 

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture and input data into the inventory management system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock transactions
• Assist in performing regular stock counts
• Assist with receiving and dispatching of stock
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the stores area
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Stores Manager

 

 

 

Qualifications and Skills: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data capturing or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
