Job Advert Summary     

To provide administrative/secretarial service in Operations Sections to the Senior Process Supervisor, Process Coordinator.

 

 

Minimum Requirements             

• Grade 12 or Equivalent
• A minimum of 2/3 years of administrative experience
• Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet) and Secretarial skills.

 

 

Primary Duties 

• Administration.
• Identification of misuse of Office Equipment.
• Control effective use of office equipment
• Complete request for order on SAP (Reservation and requisition)..
• Orders/Requisition 95% Accuracy
• Secretarial Services, Typing, Handling Correspondence, Diary management.
• External Customer Contact.
• Stationery control and maintaining order in office

 

 

Knowledge        

• Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Internet)
• Knowledge of SAP
