Role Description
• Customer Satisfaction – The Customer Survey Report will be used as a measuring tool for this indicator.
• Processing – Ensure timeous processing and adherence of deadlines.
• Efficiency – Ensure information to be captured accurately and documentation recorded with
precision.
• Risk Management – Ensure information to be captured accurately and documentation recorded with precision and there are no repetitive errors.
Key Performance Areas
o Verifying Site GPS Coordinates.
o Verifying Site Addresses.
o Capturing SAP Real Estate and SAP Function Location Site, Building and Land data.
o Performing monthly Customer Satisfaction and Cleaning and Hygiene Surveys.
o Updating BMW Floor and Room Data on SAP.
o Updating SharePoint with Relief Notices.
o Compiling Risk Notification Packs from input received.
o Performing Risk Notification Closures on SAP from input received.
o Updating of ISO documents on SharePoint.
