Position: Training Administrator
Department: HR Training
Location: Boxer Head Office

 



 

Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic Training Administrator to join our HR Training department at Boxer Head Office. The primary focus of this role is to manage all travel and subsistence arrangements, as well as to support the administrative tasks related to our training programs. If you have strong organizational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

 



 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Travel & Subsistence Administration:
    • Arrange and authorize all travel for stores in coordination with the Travel Manager.
    • Book accommodation for Regional Trainers and trainees.
    • Organise training venues and ensure catering requirements are in place.

 



 

 

  1. Training Administration:
  • Register all new trainees on learnerships through the SETA MIS platform.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of trainee assessment results.
  • Manage and document all financial authorizations made to trainees.

 



 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or relevant admin qualification.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel.
  • Assertive and compassionate approach to ensure effective learner support.
  • Extroverted personality to engage effectively with learners and stakeholders.
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and reliability.
  • 6 – 12 months in an Administrative role
