INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – TRAINING

Our Learning and Development department is looking for an intern to provide administrative support and help ensure quality in our training programs. You will work closely with stakeholders, turning business needs into impactful training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for data management across all training activities.
  • Help coordinate and implement projects and events, including updating project plans, arranging meetings, and ensuring systems and processes are in place to meet deadlines.
  • Manage training resources and collaborate with other departments to kick off training sessions.
  • Accurately capture data for all training engagements in line with SETA reporting requirements.
  • Assist with various admin tasks in the Learning & Development space to keep things running smoothly.

 


 

Minimum Requirements:

  • A 3-year National Diploma, Degree, or Honours Degree in Human Resources Management/Human Resource Development/Industrial Psychology from a recognized public tertiary institution.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Must be a South African citizen, aged between 18-35 years.
  • Computer literate with fluency in English.
  • Must reside in or around KwaZulu-Natal (KZN).
  • Not currently employed or participating in any learnership or internship programme.
  • Must not have previously completed an internship (SETA/Government).

 


 

The program will include on the job training through mentorship within our dynamic team and is a 12-month fixed term contract.
