Role description:
Learner Profiler Assistant – Ekurhuleni East District !!!
This is a 12-month fixed term employment opportunity, funded via the YES programme for unemployed South African youth to gain practical work experience. Successful candidate will work Monday to Friday in a school environment in east rand area, Springs and Brakpan
The successful Learner Profiler Assistant will have the opportunity to put his/her academic qualifications into action in a workplace setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assessing learners using Learner profiler online system
- assist learners with bridging learning gaps
- explaining results from assessment to teachers and parents.
Role requirement:
The successful Learner Profiler Asssitant must have one of the following:
- South African Citizen, first-time participant in the YES programme.
- Currently unemployed.
- Must have passed Grade 12
- Diploma/ Degree in Education (Foundation Phase)
- PGCE
- An ability to build good working relationships with both learners and teachers.
- Must have a compassionate and positive attitude.
