About the role

Ensure administrative duties are maintained.

 


 

Key responsibilities

  • Continuous upkeep of the reception area and surrounding areas.
  • Answering the phone and sending off messages.
  • Receiving all visitors (guests and maintenance workers) on site, going through the sign-in procedures etc.
  • Receiving parcels and arranging for collection/distribution thereof.
  • Support in sending off general parcels via our courier company.
  • Provide support and liason for Servest Cleaning staff and Servest Security Staff onsite.

 


 

 

  • Assist with support to the driver.
  • Assistance to book rooms for meetings/events via the calendars.
  • Ordering of stationery/groceries etc
  • Support our local ITC as a Team Player to add on new Users for Access Control.
  • Provide support for travel arrangements to Kerry visitors and non-card holder Kerry Travellers as per the Kerry processes.
  • Booking venues/catering for functions/events/business strat sessions etc. Any other ad hoc related admin Communication.

 


 

Qualifications and skills

  • Grade 12 (NSC) is a minimum requirement, related tertiary qualification will be advantageous
  • 2-3 years of similar experience within a fast paced environment Proven experience as an Office manager, Front office manager or Administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)

 


 

 

  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
