A permanent vacancy exists for a Driver
Transport Department – (Grade B2)
Main Purpose:
Collection, delivery and transfers of scheduled and emergency blood to and from Hospitals, Blood Banks, Mobile Clinics and Blood Donation Centres. Transportation of Staff and Donors.
Minimum Requirements:
- A code 8 (B), driver’s licence with PDP and without endorsements
- A Matric certificate
- 3 years previous commercial driving experience prerequisite
A combination of the following skills, knowledge and attributes is required:
- Neat and well groomed
- Have a friendly disposition and show a keen interest in the work. A willingness to work as part of a team is essential.
- The working hours are variable
- Must be able to work shifts and weekend work
