Job Advert Summary:
Clover has an opportunity for a vibrant, professional individual with strong administrative skills to take on the role of Clerk: administrative at the Port Elizabeth branch. The purpose of this position is to perform administrative and related tasks within the Distribution department. This position is located at the Front desk and the successful candidate will be expected to fulfil all reception duties.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
- Business English: Fluent
- Computer literacy (Intermediate)
- Experience in working with senior management

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative and related tasks
- Perform general office duties and administration as may be required
- Maintain and update filing/data/records/systems
- Handle documentation
- Communicate with customers and employees where required
- Relieve colleagues where necessary
