Purpose Statement:
To receive, direct and assist external and internal clients. To coordinate and administrate processes and the tidiness of the main reception and meeting rooms
Experience:
Minimum: At least 2 years’ experience in administrative processes
Qualifications (Minimum):
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Knowledge:
- Admin systems knowledge
- Basic business and accounting knowledge
- Client and reception interaction
Skills:
- Communications Skills
- Numerical Reasoning skills
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Commercial Thinking Skills
- Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills
- Planning, organising and coordination skills
