HENWIL CHICKENS IS LOOKING FOR A CASHIER

We are looking for an individual who has previous experience as a cashier, who perform their tasks with integrity and with attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate cash drawer.
• Ensure correct pricing.
• Operating the cash register.
• Scanning goods and collecting payments.
• Bag purchased goods for customers.

 

 

• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
• Ensure a high level of customer relations.
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with general duties in the retail store such as packing selves, cleaning, etc.
• Carry out any reasonable instruction given through to you by management.
• Ensure compliance to all company rules, regulations and policies.

 

 

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12/National Senior Certificate.
• Customer/client service experience will be advantageous.
• Working experience in retail, cashier or sales will be an added advantage.
• Computer literacy.
• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.

 

Excellent communication & people skills.

• Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure.
• Hardworking, honest and self-motivated.
• The ability to “get things done” and to think like and entrepreneur.
• Situated within the Vryburg area will be advantageous.
