We invite highly motivated suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Sales Assistant.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric certificate or equivalent.
- Good computer skills is a necessity.
- Must reside in the Southern Suburbs or have own transport.
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 07:45am to 16:45pm.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Exceptional telephonic skills i.e. professional phone voice.
- Attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
- Must be able to show initiative and take responsibility for all tasks given.
- Will be required to adhere to company values.
- Basic training regarding the PCB industry will be provided.
Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with quotation requests.
- Creation of quotations.
- Dealing with colleagues in the Chinese Sales Office.
- Processing of orders.
- Receiving of shipments and invoicing.
- General administration tasks related to the position.
