We invite highly motivated suitably qualified candidates to apply for the position of Sales Assistant.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate or equivalent.
  • Good computer skills is a necessity.
  • Must reside in the Southern Suburbs or have own transport.
  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 07:45am to 16:45pm.
  • Excellent command of the English language.

 


  • Exceptional telephonic skills i.e. professional phone voice.
  • Attention to detail, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to show initiative and take responsibility for all tasks given.
  • Will be required to adhere to company values.
  • Basic training regarding the PCB industry will be provided.

 



Key responsibilities:

  • Dealing with quotation requests.
  • Creation of quotations.
  • Dealing with colleagues in the Chinese Sales Office.
  • Processing of orders.
  • Receiving of shipments and invoicing.
  • General administration tasks related to the position.
