CLERK VEHICLE ADMINISTRATOR AT COCA COLA BEVERAGES

Coca-Cola Peninsula Beverages is looking for a Clerk Vehicle Administrator.

 



 

Job Description:

In this job you are responsible for co-ordinating the allocation and payment of fines, as well as the registration and renewal of vehicle licences for all company vehicles.
To ensure the company meets legal requirements in terms of vehicle licencing and payment of fines in a cost effective and timeous manner.

 



 

  • Co-ordinate allocation and payment of fines
  • Co-odinate Vehicle licence renewals
  • Co-ordinate Vehicle Registration (requisitions and sales)
  • Ad-hoc duties
  • Upkeep of TnA
  • SHEQ Responsibilities

 



 

Skills, Experience & Education:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Experience in an administrative function within a Workshop/ Fleet environment Stores experience
  • MS Office proficient
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems advantageous
  • Working knowledge of traffic laws and procedures
  • Valid Drivers License
