Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia’s trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform PO booking in Alliance tool.
- Create invoices and collaborate with back office.
- Track and report on PO’s and invoices weekly.
- Monitor equipment deliveries.
- Track and manage services costs.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales experts in defined processes.
- Work independently within guidelines and best practices.
- Use analytical skills for problem-solving and process improvements.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Impact
Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems. Manages own time to deliver against tasks set by others.
Scope & Contribution
Most work carried out according to specific instruction and set procedures. Requires close supervision and coaching from SLM or peers.
Communication
No experience required. Undertaking basic training.
