Responsibilities Required:

• Services and Retention of Clientele.
• Developing and expanding markets.
• Sales and Marketing.
• Administration.
• Sell Icebolethu plan to your catchment area.
• Achievement of sales target as set out.
• Sales objection handling.
• Adhere to Quality and Compliance processes to minimise business risk.
• Build and maintain good client relationships.
• Maintain optimal operational efficiencies based on productivity measures.
• Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications required for the position:

• Grade 12.
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in financial services.
• Business Management, Marketing, or related tertiary qualification.
• Clear ITC
• Clear criminal record.
• Own reliable transport and cell phone.
• RE – 5 Qualification will be an advantage.

Experience required:

• Have proven success in the Marketing of Life Assurance experience.
• Financial advice and intermediary services.

Skills required for the position:

• Must have good communication skills.
• Computer skills.
• Administration skills.
