CAP SECURITY IS HIRING AN ADMINISTRATOR

JOBE TYPE: TEMPORARY WITH POSSIBILITY OF GOING PERMANENT




DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aid in the facilitation and legalization of a road closure applications
  • Engage internal departments to obtain required information for road closure applications.
  • Area mapping of erven off locality map (Geolis) and house count
  • Recording of registered owner information on relevant internal systems
  • Consent form and data collection management and reporting
  • Assist driving consent process through marketing tools
  • Engage community members on enclosure queries
  • Compiling reports of damaged booms and cameras

 



  • Compile road closure applications
  • Engage emergency services and key entities for letters of support
  • Understand SAR Policy and ensure compliance
  • Assist with invoice payments to service providers where necessary
  • Documenting process on MS Projects
  • Liaise with Johannesburg Roads Agency to resolve municipal queries
  • Report writing to Excel (fundamentally important)
  • General administrative work
  • Performing any other duties that may be required from time to time in line with the position.
  • The responsibilities included above may change from time to time at management’s discretion.

PACKAGE AND REMUNERATION:

  • Working days:          Monday to Friday
  • Hours per Day:         08h00 to 17h00 or 07h00 to 16h00 (9-hour day)
  • Hours per Week:      45 hours but overtime will be required from time to time
  • Travel Required:       No
  • Leave Allocated:      15 days per annum
  • Position status:         Three-months contract with the possibility to go permanent.

Salary:                     Will be based on experience and the latest salary earned. 

Overtime:                  Might be required when deadlines have to be met.
