APPLY FOR ARTISAN ASSISTANT – CIVIL X 2 AT RAND WATER

Rand Water is inviting South African unemployed youth to apply for the vacant posts of Artisan Assistant – Civil X 2.

Rand Water is looking for candidates who will be assisting the Carpenter with his or her day-to-day activities on the depot and districts.

Primary duties

• Minor repairs
• General maintenance
• Cleaning of workshop

Minimum requirements

• Matric Grade 12 & Basic Carpentry
• 1-2 year working experience in a similar environment
• Knowledge in the carpentry field
• Ability to do minor carpentry jobs
• Cleaning of buildings, tools, and workshop
• Carpentry certificate would serve as an advantage
• Knowledge of Safety & safe working procedures
• Driver’s license would be an added advantage
• Preference will be given to applicants with disabilities
