The Performing Arts Centre of the Free State (PACOFS) is inviting applications for the Supply Chain Management Internship 2023.
Suitably qualified candidates are invited to apply for the above-mentioned vacant internship programme.
Stipend: R7 500 (all-inclusive per month).
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Organising and arranging bid committee meetings, keeping attendance registers, recording the meetings, and ensuring that the reports and minutes are completed in time for review.
Requesting quotations under the supervision of the Procurement Officer and evaluating the quotations received in the quotations committee.
Printing quotations and ensuring timely evaluations by end users.
Filing and ensuring that all documentation is readily available for audit purposes.
Completing the quotations register and ensure that all the quotations received have been recorded.
Completing the tender register.
Other duties as required within the department.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
A 3 – year National Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Accounting.
