COMPANY: S.P. Metal Forgings
The company wishes to appoint 24 Yes4Youth learners on a one-year contract.
THE INCUMBENT MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS TO QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAMME:
• A minimum of Grade 12.
• Aged between 18 – 34 years.
• Black ethnicity as per BBBEE codes definition (African, Coloured and Indian).
• Strong communication skills.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Strong disciplined approach to completing tasks, decision-making and driven
The incumbent must have the ability to work accurately and independently and have a good attendance and timekeeping record. This position could involve shift work.
This is a one-year wage contract position. The aim is to provide unemployed youth with workplace experience.
