Emergency Control Centre Agent (Call Takers)

Minimum educational qualification:

• Grade 12
• Computer literacy

Duties

• Receiving and capture incoming emergency calls on the data system.
• Manage caller anxiety and stress.
• Assess the nature and priority of the case by interrogating the call

• Dispatch the relevant emergency resources via radio as required.
• Maintain order and hygiene in control room.
