RESPONSIBILITIES Work with team leader / supervisor to achieve planned operational targets. Perform inspections on designated area of responsibility every day. Load and unload construction supplies from trucks, both manually and with the use of equipment. Operate variety of hand and power tools, including drills and other tools as directed by management. Removing or compact earth. Clean and prepare construction site as needed, including removal and proper disposal of debris and waste material and digging trenches. Shovel materials to and from construction areas. Maintain a safe and clean job site by handling materials and storing them properly. Picking up and removing all tools and equipment when not in use. Adhering to discipline procedures in accordance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures.
