The role involves assisting passengers with reduced mobility during arrivals and departures while ensuring that they receive professional, courteous and efficient service.

Responsibilities also include checking travelling documents for validity and authenticity, ensuring baggage is correctly weighed and labelled, and monitoring hand luggage.
