The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is recruiting 162 EPWP contract workers across multiple districts.

These positions form part of the Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) campaign and offer daily remuneration of R400 to R500 per day.

EPWP Data Capturer (80 Posts)

Reference: EPWP 02/2026

Remuneration: R400 per day

Requirements:

• Matric

• No experience required

• Computer literacy (MS Office)

EPWP Administration Clerk (22 Posts)

Reference: EPWP 03/2026

Remuneration: R400 per day

Requirements:

• Matric

• No experience required

• Basic computer and administrative skills

EPWP Animal Health Technician (60 Posts)

Reference: EPWP 01/2026

Remuneration: R500 per day

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Animal Health (NQF Level 6)

• Registered with the South African Veterinary Council

• Valid driver’s licence

• 1–2 years post-qualification experience
