A reputable call centre company is currently recruiting experienced Call Centre Sales Agents to work from home on a medical insurance sales campaign for Dis-Chem. This is a genuine remote opportunity for candidates with proven outbound sales experience, particularly those who have worked in insurance or high-volume call centre environments.

This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven, confident on the phone, and looking for a stable work-from-home sales position with company-provided equipment.

About the Work From Home Role

As a Call Centre Sales Agent, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers, presenting medical insurance products linked to Dis-Chem, handling objections, and closing sales professionally. You will work remotely while being fully supported by the company’s systems, training, and management structure.

Unlike many remote roles, work equipment is provided, reducing the cost and stress of setting up your own office. Agents are expected to maintain professionalism, meet performance targets, and comply with all call centre and insurance regulations.


Salary: R5500 Basic plus benefits plus commission.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:

Call centre sales experience is essential
✔ Previous insurance sales experience is a strong advantage
✔ Excellent communication and persuasion skills
✔ Confidence in outbound sales environments
✔ Ability to work independently from home
✔ Good time management and reliability

This role is not suitable for entry-level candidates with no sales experience.
