OPERATIONS TRAINEES

PLANT & RAIL TRAINEES

 

12 months training program consisting of:

• Theory and Practical Training;
• On-the-plant experience;
• Operating key plant machinery;
• You will be required to undergo Psychometric and Medical assessments

 

 

 

Minimum requirements
Matric or NTC3

Skills

• A good learning orientation
• Good communication and decision-making skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good Hand Eye coordination
• Computer literate

 

 

 

Behavioral attributes

• Physically fit, prepared to operate heavy industrial equipment
• Able to lift and move heavy objects
• Not be afraid of heights
• Be 21 years of age or older
• Prepared to work 12-hour shifts (06h00–18h00 and 18h00–06h00)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Be prepared to work in all adverse weather conditions or exposure to sun, rain, wind and humidity
• Positive Attitude to work and be supervised
• Self-Motivated
