Description

As a Business Administration Learner, you will be exposed to various aspects of our organisation. Throughout the 12-month learnership, the focus will be on gaining knowledge and practical skills in record management, problem-solving, ethics, cultural awareness, self-development, teamwork, and understanding business policies and procedures within a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need to do this role

  • Matric/Grade 12 with at least 50% pass in Mathematics, Math Literacy, English Home Language, and First Additional Language.
  • Must have matriculated between 2022-2024 (targeted youth to empower youth to become employable).
  • Must be currently unemployed.
  • Must be willing to commit to the full 12-month learnership.
  • You need to be punctual, disciplined & reliable.
  • Strong communication and basic computer literacy.
