MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT INTERNSHIP

 

Requirements

• N6 Management Assistant.

 

Post Description

Management Assistant:

• Assisting in all administration and office tasks and duties as assigned including:
• Receiving telephone calls;
• Rendering customer service;
• Information processing (memoranda, letters, e-mail, internet, minutes, etc.);
• Filing of documentation and records;
• Collection of post/faxes and distribution to relevant staff as required;
• Data capturing;
• Assisting with registration of students;
• ITS capturing.

 

General Instructions:

HOSPITALITY TRAINEE INTERNSHIP (X2 POSTS)

 

Requirements

• Level 4 Hospitality.

Post Description

• Orders (compiling and placing orders);
• Stock taking (food and equipment);
• Stock keeping, issuing ingredients;
• Nutrition and menu planning;
• Assisting lecturers with class demonstrations;
• Cooking food for crèche;
• Liaising with suppliers;
• Generating quotations;
• Assist with or planning functions;
• Keeping MSDS in kitchen up to date;
• Ensuring kitchen OHS admin is up to date;
• Supervise students during functions, restaurant days.
