We need a self-motivated individual to fill the following vacancy that exists. This position offers great growth potential.

 

Minimum Requirements & Experience:

• Matric
• 1-year experience in general Administration
• Computer literate MS office (Excel, Word & Outlook), Excel – intermediate level
• Advanced Excel with good knowledge of formulas

 

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• Post -collecting of boxes
• Post unpacking & distributing
• Capturing supplier invoices
• Stationary orders
• Telephonic queries
• Daily Merge
• Acceptance reports weekly
• Printing invoices

 

• Stock take follow up on bonding stock
• Filling
• Ad-hoc duties Processing of Inventory invoices
• Following-up and resolving Inventory queries
• Compiling and distributing of weekly/monthly reports
• Assisting stores with various requests
• Unpacking/distributing company post
• Any ad-hoc functions given

 

Skills & Key Attributes:

• Strong written, verbal and telephonic communication skills
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Must be deadline driven and have good time management skills
• Team Player with a positive attitude

• Excellent planning and organizing skills
