Job Context       

Our company is hiring a Grade B Controller in the Security Business Unit.

The Ideal candidate must have strong control room experience

Excellent communication skills

The ability to work effectively under pressure.

 

Minimum Requirements             

• Sucessful candidates should have a valid matric qualification,
• Psira Grade B certification ( Valid and upto date )
• Computer Literate
• Proven Control room experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in english
• Ability to work well under pressure
• High level of accuracy in record keeping
• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays

 

Duties & Responsibilities            

• Booking and deployment of security officers
• Ensuring site coverage at all times
• General administrative duties
• Monitoring patrol system, Trackers , and CCTV cameras
• Submitting detailed reports to management
• Disiplinary follow up and basic staff management
• Submitting documentation to Easy roster clerk
• Handling incoming calls and managing communication via two way radios
