Learnership Program
We are excited to offer a Learnership Program for individuals interested in gaining practical experience and qualification in the field of Plant Production at NQF Level 1. This program is designed to provide learners with the necessary skills and knowledge required to succeed in the agricultural industry.

Job Description

Full training and mentorship from industry professionals.

Job Requirements

Unemployed individuals only
Qualification equal or not lower than Grade 9.
A passion for agriculture and plant production.
Ability to work in outdoor environments and physical conditions.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with plant production activities under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Participate in crop management and maintenance tasks, including planting, irrigation, and harvesting.
Learn about soil preparation, fertilization, and pest control techniques.
Follow safety and environmental protocols when working with plants and machinery.
Gain hands-on experience in nursery management, plant propagation, and cultivation.
Maintain and operate basic plant production equipment as required.
Complete practical tasks and assignments as part of the learnership.
