HEINEKEN BEVERAGES IS HIRING CASHIERS

Applicants are invited to apply for the above-mentioned position. The successful applicant will report to the Warehouse Controller.

 

Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to

• Ensure person have valid Staff sales card before purchases can take place.
• Ensure accurate processing at point-of-sale register on products sold.
• Responsible for the control of card sales
• Ensure the correctness of invoices and Scanned product list.
• Responsible for the control and filling of invoices.
• Responsible for the accurate balance of card payments received.

 

Stock Count/ report

• Pallet and Divider board counts

• Participation and assisting in inventory count as per company policies and procedures.
• Report slows moving stock to minimize stock losses.
• Report stock near expiry dates.

 

General

• All routine administration within the Warehouse fraternity
• Ensure good customer service.
• Ensure correct Heineken policies and procedures are followed, for any Staff Sales.
• Ensure all safety rules and regulations are adhere to.
• Carry out any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by Controller.
• Adhere to Local and National governments regulations (trading hours, licenses)
• Ensure monthly card limits checked and controlled. (Report deviations)

 

Key Requirements

• Grade 12 qualification
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office or point of sales software.
• SAP knowledge relevant to Staff Sales and stock take.
• Previous experience with point of sales register

 

 

• 1-3 years working experience in similar environment.
• Ability to work with customers daily.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Must be able to work well within a team.
• Must take ownership of area of responsibility.
