THE AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH COUNCIL IS HIRING ASSET VERIFICATION CLERKS X 54 POSTS

ARC/ National is looking for suitably qualifying candidates to fill these vacant posts of Temporary Asset Verification Clerk x54 Posts.

 

 

Description:

• 100% Verification of assets from the fixed asset register to the floor.
• 100% tagging of all assets with new bar codes.
• Perform completeness and prepare a list of assets on the floor and not on the fixed asset register.
• Update the fixed asset information through the asset management systems (NetTrace) with the exact location, details, and condition of the asset.
• Assist the ARC’s asset management team with asset management functions at different locations.
• The temps will report to the ARC asset management team on site, which is allocated, too.

 

 

 

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate/Matric.
• Proficiency in MS office suite.
