Introduction:

Wood Drive KWIKSPAR is looking for an experienced and dynamic Cook to join our vibrant team, based in Sunningdale (Cape Town).

 

 

Job description:

The purpose of the Cook is to manufacture fresh foods to quality standards according to the Kitchen Supervisors production plans.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement production plans
• Control ingredients
• Control stock
• Hygiene & housekeeping
• Customers

 

 

Minimum requirements:

• Matric / NQF level 4 equivalent
• At least 3 years cooking experience

 

 

Knowledge:

• Product knowledge
• Production chain
• Cold chain
• Manufacturing process
• Equipment handling
• Safety
• Industry trends
