The role:
- Plan trips and routes as per Mine diary
- The driver will be responsible for deliveries and collections for management
- Assist with general administration duties
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate
- Have a sound knowledge of safety systems and standards
- Have the ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Absolute sober habits
- Must be able and prepared to do a practical driving assessment and be deemed competent
- Must be willing to undergo a behavioural assessment
- Be able and prepared to work overtime & odd shifts as required
- Must be able to work in a team
- Must have a valid K53 driver’s license (Code 8)/(C1)
- In possession or able to obtain a valid Certificate of Fitness
Advantageous:
- Prior exposure as a driver
- Computer literacy
- In possession or able to obtain a valid defensive or advanced driving certificate
