APPLY FOR CLERK ADMINISTRATIVE AT CLOVER

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Summary: In the mornings, collect Uplifts and customer claims from Returns Bay, then release Simply Trading Uplifts for Danone by 11am, capturing each on an Excel register for handover to the Invoicing clerk. Additionally, assist with capturing and recording RMA’s, Clover Claims, and Danone Uplifts, ensuring all claims are accurately documented with correct reason codes, and collaborate with various departments to investigate stock returns and markdowns while maintaining detailed record-keeping.

The successful candidate will have to be subjected to a criminal check and confirmation of Matric.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Collect Uplifts and customer claims from Returns Bay in the mornings.
Release Simply Trading Uplifts for Danone by 11 am, capture each Uplift on a Excel register, and leave with the Invoicing clerk at Distribution.
Capture RMA’s according to customer claims.
Hand over captured Clover Claims to the relevant Credit controller.
Assist with Danone Rma’s capturing and record keeping for Metro files when needed.
Assist in Releasing Danone Uplifts when needed.
Capture and record Danone Uplifts and send for scanning to Metro File daily.
Run Outstanding reports for Clover Shoprite Claims.

Release Kzn cdc Uplifts for the next day.
All Danone Uplifts for Kzn cdc released must be captured on a Excel register when handed over to the Distribution manager.
Follow up on outstanding Danone Uplifts with the Distribution department daily.
Investigate all good stock returns with the stock team and returns bay team.
All Excel registers to be filed for record keeping.
Attend to queries on adjustments.
Ensure all claims are captured correctly with the right reason codes for Clover and Danone.
Clear all markdowns for Shoprite and Checkers.
Assist the Distribution team in confirming if a Danone Uplift is valid.
