WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SALES ADMINISTRATOR – AT PUMA

We are looking for a qualified Customer Sales administrator to join our customer sales team to help us achieve our goals in the wholesale environment.

 

 

You will serve as a point of contact for our wholesale customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives and/or sales agents.

 

 

 

• Timeous and accurate packing note creation
• Achievement of timeous order delivery according to customer delivery dates
• Handle client queries regarding stock availability and deliveries.
• Accurate upkeep and maintenance of orderbooks and customer spreadsheets
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated : Ability to work with little supervision.

 

 

 

• Open to change and learning new systems.
• Internal Sales support to the Sales Agents and/or sales representatives.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.

 

 

Qualifications / Skills :

• Matric
• MS Office (advanced excel skills)
• SAP experience will be advantageous
• At least 1 year’s sales administration related experience in a wholesale environment
