WHOLESALE CUSTOMER SALES ADMINISTRATOR – AT PUMA

We are looking for a qualified Customer Sales administrator to join our customer sales team to help us achieve our goals in the wholesale environment.

You will serve as a point of contact for our wholesale customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives and/or sales agents.

Timeous and accurate packing note creation
Achievement of timeous order delivery according to customer delivery dates
Handle client queries regarding stock availability and deliveries.
Accurate upkeep and maintenance of orderbooks and customer spreadsheets
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated : Ability to work with little supervision.

Open to change and learning new systems.
Internal Sales support to the Sales Agents and/or sales representatives.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines.

Qualifications / Skills :

Matric
MS Office (advanced excel skills)
SAP experience will be advantageous
At least 1 year’s sales administration related experience in a wholesale environment
