We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a General Assistant. This role will involve providing support across various departments within the organization, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
5. Customer Service:Respond to enquiries from clients, customers, and other stakeholders in a
professional and courteous manner, providing assistance and information as required.
6. Support for Events and Meetings:Assist in the planning and coordination of company events,
meetings, and conferences, including arranging venues, catering, and logistics.
7. Errands and Deliveries:Run errands outside the office such as banking tasks, picking up supplies, and
delivering documents or packages as necessary.
8. Ad Hoc Projects:Support special projects or initiatives as assigned by management, demonstrating
flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks.
